Site Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of construction processes, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety regulations. This role requires effective communication with team members, subcontractors, and clients to maintain project quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise Daily Operations: Oversee construction activities on-site ensuring work is executed as per plans, specifications, and safety standards.

- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, conduct inspections, and mitigate risks to prevent accidents.

- Manage Site Staff: Supervise construction workers, coordinate tasks, and ensure productivity and efficiency.

- Quality Control: Monitor work quality, conduct checks, and ensure compliance with project specifications.

- Progress Reporting: Report daily progress, issues, and forecasts to project managers or senior management.

- Coordination: Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers as needed for smooth project execution.

- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve site issues promptly or escalate when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
