kay responsibility :

• Hands-on experience in 11/33 kV substation works.
• Knowledge of HT/LT cabling, transformer erection, switchgear & protection systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and AutoCAD (for reporting & drawings).
• Strong leadership & coordination ability.
• Supervise erection of 11 kV / 33 kV overhead lines and HT cabling works.

2. Material & Documentation Control

• Maintain records of material inward/outward and issue registers at site.
• Verify utilization of cables, poles, insulators, switchgear, and other materials.
• Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and update the project manager/head office.

3. Quality & Safety Compliance

• Ensure all electrical works are carried out as per IS/IE standards.
• Enforce site safety measures such as PPE usage, earthing, barricading, and accident prevention.
• Assist in testing & commissioning (IR test, continuity test, transformer oil test, etc.).

4. Team Coordination & Problem Solving

• Manage communication between field teams, contractors, and clients.
• Troubleshoot technical issues at site (cable jointing, fault detection, load distribution).
• Monitor manpower utilization and track productivity.

5. Reporting & Handover

• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
• Update and maintain as-built drawings.
• Compile project completion documentation and handover reports to the client.
• Monitor substation erection, transformer installation, switchgear, CT/PT, breaker panels, and power distribution systems.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and labor teams for daily work progress.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
