Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure compliance with PMC guidelines. 2. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers for smooth execution. 3. Monitor work progress, quality, safety, and adherence to timelines. 4. Maintain daily site reports and escalate issues as needed. 5 .Ensure all works are done as per approved drawings and specifications. 6. Conduct inspections for concrete works, masonry, waterproofing, plastering, tiling, etc. Maintain site QA/QC records including cube tests, slump records, checklist sign-offs, etc. 3. Material Management Verify materials delivered to site match approved samples/specifications. Ensure proper storage and handling of construction materials. Raise material indent requests in advance based on site requirements. 4. Coordination & Communication Coordinate with structural consultants, architects, MEP teams and project managers. Ensure implementation of design changes and technical clarifications received from HO or consultants. Conduct site meetings with contractors and update management on progress. 5. Documentation & Reporting Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), material consumption logs, and manpower reports. Prepare and maintain quality assurance documentation such as inspection checklists, pour cards, cube test reports, etc. Escalate critical site issues to the Project Manager with proposed solutions.Role & responsibilities
