Site Supervisor

You will be responsible for the site supervision of all major projects, expansions, and modifications at the Head Office and other satellite labs all over India. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with end users and understanding all the requirements related to projects. - Reviewing and understanding project drawings, specifications, and contracts. - Supervising and coordinating site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. - Managing various outsourcing vendors such as electrical, carpenters, plumbers, fabricators, HVAC, networking, FAS, sprinklers, etc. - Managing internal manpower resources as per requirements in projects. - Preparing the purchase requests based on material requirements. - Ensuring all the project work is as per the design received from the Project Manager. - Ensuring the completion of all activities as per the project schedule. - Responsible for sending the daily work report to the Project Manager. - Arranging internal manpower resources based on the maintenance calls related to infrastructure maintenance. - Coordinating exhibition or trade show stall work when required. - Supervising the vendors, internal manpower, and providing guidance as needed. - Ensuring adherence to all health and safety standards and reporting issues to the Safety Engineer and Project Manager. Preferred Skills & Experience: - ITI/Diploma in Electrical. - 4-5 years of experience in construction/engineering projects, especially in interior projects, hospital projects, interior fit-out, laboratory projects, commercial projects, industrial projects. - Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawings. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software. - Good communication skills in Malayalam & Hindi. - Autocad experience is an additional advantage.,
