Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee Daily Site Operations

  • Supervise excavation, tank installation, canopy erection, and dispenser setup
  • Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and schedule

Ensure Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce safety protocols for fuel handling, underground tank installation, and electrical works
  • Conduct toolbox talks and ensure PPE usage

Coordinate with Stakeholders

  • Liaise with petroleum companies, civil contractors, and fuel system vendors
  • Coordinate with PESO inspectors and local authorities for approvals

Monitor Quality & Progress

  • Inspect civil, electrical, and mechanical work for quality assurance
  • Track project milestones and report delays or deviations

Manage Workforce & Resources

  • Allocate tasks to laborers and subcontractors
  • Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment

Maintain Documentation

  • Keep daily progress reports, attendance logs, and safety checklists
  • Prepare handover documentation and punch lists

Conduct Site Inspections

  • Perform pre-commissioning checks for tanks, dispensers, and electrical panels
  • Ensure leak testing, grounding, and fire safety systems are in place
