Site Supervisor (Construction Project)

Educational Qualification

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certificate or vocational training in civil trades is also acceptable for smaller projects.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in construction site work.

Skills & Certifications

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Safety certification (OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent) is an added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Site Supervision

· Monitor day-to-day construction activities.

· Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Workforce & Contractor Management

· Supervise construction workers, subcontractors, and laborers.

· Allocate tasks and monitor productivity.

Safety & Compliance

· Enforce safety rules and PPE usage.

· Conduct regular safety checks and report hazards.

Material & Equipment Management

· Check availability of construction materials and tools.

· Request or coordinate material supply to avoid delays.

Progress Monitoring & Reporting

· Track daily work progress and prepare site reports.

· Report delays, challenges, or risks to the project manager/engineer.

Quality Control

· Inspect ongoing and finished work for compliance with quality standards.

. Ensure corrections are made where needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
