Site Supervisor (Civil)

As a Modular Interior Designs Site Supervisor, your role involves overseeing the installation and construction of modular interior designs at client sites. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the installation and construction of modular interior designs at client sites to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. - Monitoring project progress, making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines, and coordinating with the project manager and team members to ensure availability of materials and resources. - Managing subcontractors and other workers on site, maintaining communication with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction, and upholding safety regulations. - Keeping detailed records of all work done on the site and reporting project progress and issues to the project manager. Skills required for this role include Construction/Interior Fit-Out Knowledge, Blueprint and Plan Interpretation, basic familiarity with AutoCAD/SketchUp, Quality Control & Compliance, Site Safety Standards, Material & Resource Management, and Good Communication.
