Site Supervisor (Civil)

Supervision of all works at site - concreting, shuttering, reinforcement, brickwork etc.

Key Responsibilities:1. Site Execution & Supervision

• Supervise site activities including civil, structural, and finishing works.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Monitor productivity of labor and subcontractors.
• Conduct daily site inspections.

2. Quality Control

• Ensure quality of materials and workmanship.
• Inspect shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, and finishing stages.
• Report deviations to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.

3. Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and laborers.
• Maintain daily work schedules and ensure timely progress.
• Check availability of materials and request procurement when needed.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily site report (DSR) of manpower, work progress, and materials.
• Record material consumption and wastage.
• Assist in preparing site measurement sheets.

5. Safety Compliance

• Ensure workers follow safety rules and wear PPE.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective measures.
• Conduct toolbox talks (basic safety briefing).

6. Other Responsibilities

• Handle minor site issues and escalate major concerns.
• Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness at site.
• Support engineers in site-level decision-making.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 5 years (Preferred)

• Overnight Shift (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
