Site Supervisor (Civil)

You will be responsible for supervising and executing all on-site civil work, including structural, finishing, and external development work. This involves ensuring that the work is carried out according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines. You will also be managing labor and subcontractor activities at the site. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and monitor all on-site civil work - Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines - Manage labor and subcontractor activities at the site In your daily site operations, you will need to maintain daily site progress reports and report to the Site Engineer or Project Manager. It will be your responsibility to plan and allocate daily work to workers and contractors, as well as monitor the usage of materials to prevent wastage. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain daily site progress reports and report to the Site Engineer or Project Manager - Plan and allocate daily work to workers and contractors - Monitor the usage of materials and prevent wastage You will also be in charge of ensuring quality and safety control on site. This includes making sure that safety protocols are followed by all workers, checking the quality of materials and workmanship, and identifying and resolving any site issues or deviations from the plan. Additionally, you should ensure proper documentation and communication of any delays, issues, or variations that may arise during the project.
