Ltd., a fast-growing property management and real estate services company based in Muttada, Trivandrum, is looking for a skilled Site Supervisor to manage our ongoing civil and interior project works. We handle residential and commercial property assignments, ensuring quality execution and timely delivery for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil and interior work at project sites.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the internal team.
• Ensure work is completed on schedule with proper quality standards.
• Maintain safety protocols and monitor site progress regularly.
• Update management on project status and resolve on-site challenges.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in site supervision (civil/interior).
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to take initiative.
• Must be proactive and comfortable managing multiple site activities.
