Site Supervisor (Civil)/ Project Manager

As a Civil Site Engineer / Project Manager based in Bangalore, Karnataka, your role will involve overseeing the end-to-end execution of corporate workspace projects, with a focus on civil, architectural, and interior works. You will be responsible for planning, supervising, and managing daily on-site operations to ensure the successful delivery of high-end commercial and corporate fit-outs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with architects, designers, MEP consultants, and vendors to facilitate timely project execution. - Ensuring that project activities align with approved drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and specifications. - Maintaining quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to timelines and budgets. - Monitoring subcontractors and vendors" work progress, resolving site issues, and ensuring timely delivery. - Preparing and maintaining project documentation. - Conducting site meetings with clients and internal teams. - Reviewing and certifying bills from contractors and vendors. - Collaborating with the purchase department for procurement and resource allocation. - Ensuring the final handover with all snag lists completed and client satisfaction secured. Your 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate interiors & architecture will be highly preferred for this position. This is a full-time, permanent role that requires your presence at the work location in person.,
