Site Supervisor (Civil)/ Project Manager

As a Civil Site Engineer / Project Manager based in Bangalore, Karnataka, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of corporate workspace projects, focusing on civil, architectural, and interior works. Your primary role will involve planning, supervising, and managing daily on-site operations to ensure the successful delivery of high-end commercial and corporate fit-outs. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating with architects, designers, MEP consultants, and vendors to facilitate timely project execution. You will be tasked with ensuring that project activities align with approved drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and specifications while maintaining quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to timelines and budgets. Monitoring subcontractors and vendors" work progress, resolving site issues, and ensuring timely delivery will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing and maintaining project documentation, conducting site meetings with clients and internal teams, and reviewing and certifying bills from contractors and vendors. Collaboration with the purchase department for procurement and resource allocation, as well as ensuring the final handover with all snag lists completed and client satisfaction secured, will be among your key tasks. Your experience of 3 to 5 years in corporate interiors & architecture will be highly preferred for this position.
