Urgent Hiring – Site Supervisor (Civil & Interior Works)
Location: Nagaur, Rajasthan
Salary Package: ₹26,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations at the construction site.
• Instruct, schedule, and monitor site workers’ performance.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities and prepare progress reports.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and other agencies.
• Manage inventory of construction materials to ensure steady supply.
• Review daily work progress and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Desired Candidate Skills

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong site management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle and manage all on-site conditions.
• Good knowledge of finishing works; exposure to MEP works preferred.

Qualification

• Any Graduate with 1–3 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor, OR
• Diploma in Civil / Interior Works.
