Site Supervisor (Civil)

Job Description:

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating residential interior civil works to ensure projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines. The role involves daily site supervision, coordination with contractors and vendors, and ensuring smooth execution of interior civil activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day interior civil works including masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, false ceiling, carpentry supports, and finishing works.
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, designers, and project managers for smooth workflow.
• Check and maintain quality standards, workmanship, and material usage at site.
• Ensure compliance with safety norms and site discipline.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and site records.
• Verify material deliveries and ensure proper storage and usage at site.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues promptly.
• Monitor project timelines and assist in achieving on-time completion.
• Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, Fire Fighting and other service teams to avoid clashes.
• Support measurements, work certification, and contractor billing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / ITI / Civil Engineering background preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in residential interior civil works.
• Strong knowledge of interior construction methods and materials.
• Ability to read and understand interior drawings and layouts.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of measurement, billing, and BOQs is an advantage.

• Experience in high-end residential interior projects
• Familiarity with finishing standards and detailing
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
