Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site execution of residential and commercial projects, ensuring work is completed as per approved designs, quality standards, and within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1 YRS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Supervise daily activities at the construction/interior project site.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, designers, and clients.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor and manage site labor, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Maintain daily work progress reports and site documentation.
• Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment at the site.
• Enforce safety measures and quality standards at all times.
• Resolve site-level issues and minor technical problems quickly.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure site cleanliness and discipline.
• Track project timelines and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in site supervision (construction/interiors).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction safety norms and quality procedures.
• Willing to travel to multiple project sites if required.
• Experience in interior fit-out projects is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design tools is preferred.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 +years’ experience in a site supervision role, preferably in villa and commercial projects.
• Strong ability to read and understand 2D technical drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
