Site Supervisor (Civil)

EXPERIENCE:5-8 YEARS

Responsibilities:

1, under the direct leadership of the project manager to do a good job of technical management and quality management of the whole bidding section;

2, organize the preparation of detailed "Construction organization Design";

3. Organize the review of "Construction Drawing Design";

4. Organize the review of "Bill of Quantities";

5. Organize the reception, retest and encryption of control points and level points;

6. Organize the declaration of "Change Design" in the construction process;

7. Organize the handling and reporting of engineering quality accidents during construction;

8, organize the self-inspection of important processes in the construction;

9. Organize the technical and quality control work of the first piece in construction;

10. Do a good job of technical disclosure before and during construction;

11, do a good job of engineering measurement review;

12, do a good job in the engineering industry organization inspection;

13, do a good job of inspection and guidance of the site center laboratory;

14, do a good job in the daily management of quality leading group;

15. Organize the preparation of project opening and completion reports.

16. more than 5 years of engineering site construction management experience in real estate and construction industry companies, large-scale project organization, construction and commissioning experience is preferred;

17. have a strong field coordination management, communication skills, with a good professional quality and teamwork awareness;

18. familiar with civil construction and professional cooperation with the construction process, with the ability to solve engineering technology on site;

19. familiar with the relevant specifications and quality inspection acceptance standards.

20. careful and rigorous, can bear hardships and stand hard work, with team spirit and communication and coordination ability, can withstand strong work pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
