Job Description – Supervisor (Finishing)Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute finishing activities such as plastering, brickwork, flooring, painting, false ceiling, carpentry, waterproofing, doors/windows, and other interior finishing works.
• Ensure all finishing works are completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve daily and weekly targets.
• Monitor workmanship, material usage, and ensure minimal wastage during finishing tasks.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure quality control and rectify defects or punch points.
• Maintain records of work completion, checklists, snag lists, and ensure smooth handover after finishing.
• Supervise and guide skilled and unskilled manpower and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Coordinate with the MEP team to ensure proper sequencing of work without clashes.
• Follow up for material requirements, verify deliveries, and ensure availability of finishing materials at the site.
• Resolve site issues related to finishing activities and escalate critical problems to the Project Engineer / Site In-charge.
• Assist in preparing progress reports, material consumption reports, and labour productivity tracking.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, client specifications, and approved construction methodology.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of all finishing activities and sequencing.
• Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.
• Good communication skills for coordination with workers and contractors.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to manage multiple finishing tasks simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 per year
