About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for supervising construction activities on-site, ensuring quality execution, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and our internal design team.

This role is ideal for someone who takes full ownership, excels in managing day-to-day site operations, and is passionate about delivering premium residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily construction activities on-site
• Monitor work progress, quality standards, and compliance with approved drawings
• Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, vendors, and material suppliers
• Ensure effective and efficient use of construction materials
• Maintain daily site reports, work logs, and measurement sheets
• Participate in regular site meetings and offer technical input as required
• Enforce safety practices and implement quality control procedures
• Collaborate with the in-house design team and relay site feedback for design coordination

Qualifications:

• Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in site execution (residential construction preferred)
• Sound knowledge of construction practices, materials, and engineering standards
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Must own a smartphone for real-time site updates and reporting

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Highly responsible, proactive, and detail-focused
• Capable of handling multiple site tasks and teams independently
• Familiar with Chennai city and willing to commute to project sites as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
