- Oversee daily site operations across civil, plumbing, electrical, and finishing trades.
- Supervise labor teams and vendors, ensuring productivity and quality standards.
- Provide clear daily updates, checklists, and escalate unresolved issues promptly.
- Support luxury interior execution with attention to finishes and materials.
- Ensure compliance with local authority rules, regulations, and project execution standards.
- AutoCAD: Read, modify, and prepare technical drawings.
- 3ds Max: Visualization and presentation of design concepts.
- MS Office / Project Tools: Reporting and responsibility matrices.
- Local language support in tools for smooth communication with labor/vendors Communication & Coordination
- Fluency in local language (Gujarati/Hindi/Marathi as per site needs).
- Strong documentation skills for daily progress reports and escalation notes.
- Ability to compress and clarify updates into actionable instructions.
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of site supervision experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of finishes, material selection, and vendor coordination.
- Detail-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Capable of managing simultaneous works with operational clarity.
- Strong leadership and accountability mindset.
