Site Supervisor

Key qualities required in a site supervisor: 1. Technical knowledge – Understanding of construction methods, materials, drawings, and safety codes. 2. Leadership – Ability to guide workers, assign tasks, and maintain discipline. 3. Communication – Clear instructions to workers, effective coordination with engineers, contractors, and clients. 4. Problem-solving – Quick decisions to resolve on-site issues. 5. Time management – Ensure work progresses as per schedule. 6. Safety awareness – Enforce safety protocols and minimize risks. 7. Attention to detail – Monitor workmanship and quality of materials. 8. Record keeping – Maintain site logs, attendance, material usage, and daily progress. 9. Adaptability – Handle sudden changes in plan, weather, or workforce. 10. Integrity – Honest handling of materials, labor, and reporting to the executive.
