Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day execution of renovation and interior projects. The role involves supervising labour, coordinating with contractors, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining timelines, and reporting progress to the project manager/owner.

Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution & Supervision

• Supervise civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, false ceiling and finishing works
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Monitor daily progress and resolve site-level issues
• Coordinate sequencing of works to avoid delays

2. Labour & Vendor Management

• Manage masons, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and helpers
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for timely execution
• Maintain discipline, productivity, and safety on site

3. Quality Control

• Ensure material quality and workmanship standards
• Check alignment, levels, finishes, and installations
• Identify defects and ensure timely rectification

4. Material & Inventory Control

• Verify material deliveries as per requirement and specifications
• Track consumption and reduce wastage
• Inform management in advance for material procurement

5. Drawings & Measurements

• Read and understand 2D drawings, elevations, and details
• Take site measurements and verify quantities
• Assist in preparing running bills and work completion reports

6. Safety & Site Housekeeping

• Ensure basic safety practices are followed
• Maintain cleanliness and proper material stacking
• Prevent damage to finished works

7. Reporting & Coordination

• Share daily progress updates with project manager / office team
• Report issues related to labour, material, or drawings immediately
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, and clients when required

Skills & RequirementsTechnical Skills

• Knowledge of renovation, interior fit-out, and finishing works
• Understanding of materials, tools, and construction methods
• Ability to read drawings and execute accordingly

Experience

• 2–5 years experience in renovation / interior projects
• Experience in residential or commercial interiors preferred

Education

• ITI / Diploma / Civil background preferred (not mandatory if experienced)

Soft Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to handle pressure and multiple trades
• Honest, disciplined, and site-oriented

Working Conditions

• Full-time, site-based role
• Working hours as per site requirement

Salary

• As per experience and skill level
• Performance-based incentives may be applicable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,560.28 - ₹18,217.36 per month
