Site Supervisor (Civil)

Right Move Builders & Interiors is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor (Civil) to join our dynamic team. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of civil engineering projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all civil engineering activities on construction sites.
• Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Manage and motivate site teams to achieve project goals on time and within budget.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures.
• Maintain quality control standards throughout the project.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement safety measures on site.
• Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, daily work orders, and other relevant documentation.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the construction industry is preferred, but freshers with a strong understanding of civil engineering principles will also be considered.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Additional Skills :

• Experience in Interior design project
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Experience with quality control and safety management systems.
• Valid 4-wheeler driving license (an added advantage).
