Site Supervisior

Experience Required: 3–5 Years
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for solar installation, commissioning, and maintenance work.
• Ensure project execution as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers for smooth site operations.
• Monitor workforce, assign tasks, and ensure productivity targets are met.
• Maintain site records including attendance, material usage, daily progress reports, and work permits.
• Inspect quality of work and ensure adherence to technical standards and solar installation guidelines.
• Verify delivery and utilization of solar modules, inverters, batteries, cables, and other materials.
• Resolve site-level issues and escalate major concerns to project management.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, conduct toolbox talks, and monitor PPE usage.
• Support in testing, commissioning, and handover of solar projects.
• Maintain good coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Provide regular site updates and MIS reports to management.

Key Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of solar PV systems (modules, inverters, mounting structures, DC/AC wiring).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and solar installation guidelines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and documentation.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Problem-solving ability and hands-on approach at the site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
