Role & responsibilities: SITE SERVICE ENGINEER FOR (CEMS) STATION MAINTENANCE CONTRACT. JOB DESCRIPTION: - 1. We are seeking a Full-Time, proficient station service engineer for gas analyzers, Dust analyzers, flowmeter etc. for Mumbai region. 2. This position is responsible for providing an epic customer experience through troubleshooting, maintenance of sample handling system, gas analyzer, flow meter etc. 3. You will interface with customers both inside and outside the organization offering technical expertise regarding our products and services predominantly in the process automation industry. 4. This position has primary responsibility performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting of gas analyzer, dust analyzer, flow meter, pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter of SICK products and other make analyzers. 5. The services provided include on-site troubleshooting and repair, product assembly, installation, commissioning, preparation of electrical connections and wiring as well as preventative maintenance and customer education. 6. In addition, you'll be analyzing and troubleshooting hardware/software issues. Report to site in-charge and do the daily task given by site in-charge. Also having knowledge of communication protocol like MODBUS, ETHERNET,FIBER OPTICS COMMUNICATION etc. Knowledge of CEMS data connectivity software Apply standard diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate root cause analysis, and recommend solutions. Carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or required. Preferred Candidate Profile: Location - JSW Dolvi (Raigad, Maharashtra) Accommodation - Guesthouse sharing accommodation Relocation Charges - None Education and Experience: 5+ years instrumentation technical experience 5+ years working with analyzers and/or ultrasonic flow meters and sample handling system Post-secondary degree in Instrumentation Technology or related technical degree 5+ years field service experience Superb customer service and communication skills Able to manage complex decision and troubleshooting technical issues Fluent English language both written and verbal Computer proficiency (skilled in Microsoft Office products, CRM systems, product software and Internet applications) Other Qualifications: Written and verbal communication skills to effectively interface with individuals both inside and outside the organization from a technical perspective Computer proficiency with Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and internet applications (CRM). Read, interpret, utilize AutoCAD LT dimensional, electrical and block drawings. Able to problem solve with internal and external customers. Desire to learn and grow within the role. Able to expand technical knowledge. Able and willing to work alternative schedules including weekend, and on-call hours as required. A valid passport for International travel This role works in a variety of working conditions which may require you to stand, walk, sit, bend, operate manual small tools and twist/turn frequently. The environment might be in or outdoors where temperatures may vary. Youll be required to lift up to 50 lbs. if necessary and work with a variety of mechanical and electrical tools. This role requires working at heights.
