Job Summary

Site Reliability Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage deployment and lifecycle of

  microservices

  across environments
• Handle

  application configuration

  , including secrets, keys, and sensitive credentials
• Manage and scale

  monitoring and alerting frameworks

• Oversee

  log aggregation

  , visualization, and

  analytics

• Ensure

  data management

  ,

  retention policies

  , and compliance are in place
• Monitor and optimize

  capacity planning

  and

  performance tuning

• Own and execute

  backup and restore strategies

• Define and execute

  application disaster recovery (DR)

  plans
• Ensure

  high availability (HA)

  and fault tolerance of applications
• Provide

  incident response

  and

  problem management

  support for production systems
• Collaborate with and support

  development pods

  during release and deployment cycles
• Work closely with

  security and compliance teams

  to enforce best practices
• Oversee

  mobile application builds

  and release cycles for iOS and Android (in collaboration with CTO CM team)
• Manage and support

  mobile app releases

  via

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering roles
• Deep understanding of microservice deployment, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, GitOps workflows, and application observability
• Experience supporting production mobile applications (iOS & Android) is a strong plus
• Certifications in

  AWS/GCP/Azure

  , or

  DevOps

  are a bonus
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
