Site Reliability Engineer - Gigamon, Chennai

Key Responsibilities Partner Enablement & Support

• - Serve as the technical point of contact for strategic ecosystem partners across Observability, SIEM, NPM, NDR segments (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, AWS, Azure, etc.)
• - Support partner integration, validation, and documentation of joint offerings
• - Provide technical expertise during partner onboarding and enablement activities

Solution Development & Delivery

• - Collaborate with product, engineering, and partner teams to build integration patterns
• - Create deployment guides and proof-of-concept environments
• - Support co-selling initiatives by delivering technical presentations and demos to partner and customer audiences

Technical Advocacy

• - Represent the company in partner-led technical workshops, webinars, and industry events
• - Provide feedback to internal engineering and product teams based on market and partner requirements

Operational Support

• - Monitor and troubleshoot joint solutions in collaboration with partner support teams
• - Ensure joint solutions meet performance, reliability, security, and compliance standards

Qualifications Required:

• - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• - 3-5 years of experience in cloud architecture, cloud engineering, or solutions engineering roles
• - Deep understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• - Strong experience with Observability, SIEM, NPM, NDR partner solutions
• - Familiarity with partner ecosystems and go-to-market strategies
• - Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business stakeholders

Preferred

• - Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or GCP Professional Cloud Architect
• - Experience working directly with cloud or technology alliance teams
• - Background in SaaS platforms, microservices architecture, and/or hybrid cloud solutions
• - Experience authoring technical collateral (whitepapers, architecture diagrams, partner solution briefs)
