Key Responsibilities: - Design and manage category pages, brand stores, promotional campaigns, and email content to enhance customer engagement. - Lead free search improvement initiatives to optimize discoverability and conversion. - Analyse customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase journeys to identify opportunities and resolve friction points. - Develop and execute strategies to elevate online customer experience and drive satisfaction. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver merchandising projects under tight timelines. - Apply knowledge of web taxonomy and navigation to improve site structure and customer-facing attributes. - Support search attribute optimization to enhance product discoverability. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in site merchandising or digital content management, preferably in US/UK markets. - Proficiency in MS Office/O365 suite and familiarity with web analytics tools. - Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken. - Ability to work flexible shifts aligned with US/India time zones. - Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. - Experience in designing and executing customer-centric digital experiences.
