Job Description

As a Site Manager for O&M Projects, your major objective is to operate and maintain the entire water and waste water system in a safe manner to achieve injury-free operations. Your responsibilities include: - Operating and maintaining STP, DM plant, ETP plant, UF & RO system, Softener, Pre Treatment, MVR/MEE systems - Ensuring smooth operation of the water system to prevent production loss and outage - Working towards optimizing operating expenses and achieving best water management practices at the ZLD plant - Providing technical expertise for breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting chronic equipment problems - Developing SOPs for critical activities in pictorial & vernacular format - Conducting day-to-day expert operation and maintenance in 3 shifts/ day, seven days a week - Arranging calibration of gauges & measuring instruments, maintaining documentation for audit - Ensuring compliance with Environment Norms (EMS) documentation and regulations - Upholding company safety and environmental rules through training and induction for all personnel - Meeting KPIs for billing compliance with the customer - Timely monthly billing for mechanical maintenance and operation The company emphasizes its commitment to diversity and inclusion.,
