The company is committed to setting high standards in safety, quality performance, project management, competitiveness, and reliability. **Role Overview:** As a Site Manager or Foreman at Sorg Feuerungsbau und Service GmbH, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects both domestically and internationally in the field of glass melting plants. Your role will involve planning and managing construction sites, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring the successful completion of projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Planning and setting up the construction site - Managing the construction site from the draining of the glass to the re-commissioning of the glass melting furnace - Inspecting ongoing work, including keeping a construction diary, schedule control, and quality control - Coordinating subcontractors and planning future work such as building consultations and site tours - Documenting all relevant information, including correspondence and supplementary management **Qualifications Required:** - Completed training as a bricklayer, with further training as a technician or master craftsman - Work experience on construction sites - Good command of both German and English languages - Independent and flexible work approach - Willingness to travel both domestically and abroad If you are looking for a challenging position within an innovative company and possess the required qualifications, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
