SITE MANAGER | FOREMAN

Role Overview: Sorg Feuerungsbau und Service GmbH is looking for a Site Manager or Foreman to join their team of foremen and site managers for projects at home and abroad. As a Site Manager or Foreman, you will be responsible for planning and setting up the construction site, managing the construction site operations related to glass melting furnaces, inspecting ongoing work, coordinating subcontractors, planning future work, and maintaining documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and set up the construction site - Manage construction site operations from draining of the glass to re-commissioning of the glass melting furnace - Inspect ongoing work including keeping a construction diary, schedule control, and quality control - Coordinate subcontractors - Plan future work such as building consultations and site tours - Maintain documentation including correspondence and supplementary management Qualifications Required: - Completed training as a bricklayer, with further training as a technician or master craftsman - Work experience on construction sites - Good knowledge of German and English - Independent and flexible way of working - Willingness to travel at home and abroad If you are seeking an opportunity to work independently and autonomously in an interesting and varied field, with performance-related salary and professional training and development opportunities, we encourage you to apply for this position at Sorg Feuerungsbau und Service GmbH.
