Site Junior Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Junior Engineer to join our growing team. The candidate will assist in day-to-day site activities, ensure quality work, coordinate with contractors, and support senior engineers in project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing construction site activities.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and supervisors.
• Maintain site safety and quality standards.
• Support senior engineers in project planning and execution.

Requirements:

• Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years of site experience (freshers may also apply).
• Knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and site management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and adapt to project needs.
