Site IT Lead

As the Site IT Lead at our Manufacturing Site, your role is crucial in providing vision and leadership to develop and implement information technology initiatives that align with the site's vision. Your responsibilities will include: - Proactively recommending IT solutions to the Site leadership team, considering the Site's vision, priorities, and industry trends, with an outside-in perspective. - Pushing the bar in technology innovation to create user-friendly technologies that offer a great user experience. - Identifying opportunities for differentiated technology capabilities and solutions as a Strategic Business Partner for the Sites. - Acting as a champion and change agent in accelerating the changes required to create and sustain technology capabilities. - Serving as a thought leader on emerging digital business models and technologies. In addition, your key qualifications for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in technology or Master's degree in Computers. - At least 10 years of industry experience, with 3-7 years of experience leading significant IT services & delivery in medium or large global pharma organizations. - Experience in delivering IT strategy and services, preferably across multiple Manufacturing Sites. - Experience working in the Pharma business and with Site Leadership/teams to develop Manufacturing Site-focused IT strategies. - Proficiency in technologies such as SAP (Must), BI, Pharma Quality, MES applications (preferred), and digital technologies like AR/VR, RPA, Chatbots, AI, ML (preferred). - Evidence of delivering high-quality, customer-focused services and contributing to effective management information systems. - Evidence of team-building during times of change. You will also be responsible for: - Driving IT integration post acquisition of manufacturing Site. - Leading IT strategic and operational planning to achieve Site goals. - Partnering with various site and HO teams to manage the project portfolio. - Owning the Technology budget of the Manufacturing Sites and building a future-ready technology team. Your skills and abilities should include exceptional interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and a sound understanding of portfolio, program, and project management.
