SIte Incharger (Water Treatment)

A Water Treatment Site Incharge is responsible for the overall management, operation, and maintenance of a water treatment facility. The role ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality water by supervising daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing staff, and maintaining accurate records. The position demands leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• • Oversee daily plant operations including treatment processes and equipment usage.
• • Monitor and ensure water quality meets all regulatory standards through testing and analysis.
• • Train, supervise, and support plant operators, enforcing safety and operational procedures.
• • Coordinate and oversee preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.
• • Maintain accurate operational, maintenance, and compliance records.
• • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, and prepare reports as needed.
• • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to optimize plant performance.
• • Promote a safe work environment by adhering to all safety guidelines.
• • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in plant efficiency.

Qualification:

• • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Mechanical, or related Engineering fields.
• • Experience in water treatment plant operations or utility management.
• • Strong leadership and team supervision capabilities.
• • Knowledge of water quality standards and environmental regulations.
• • Hands-on experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• • Ability to interpret operational data and implement solutions.
