Site Incharge / Site Supervisor

You are responsible for managing daily operations and ensuring smooth execution of work at construction sites in Goa. Your role as a Site Incharge (Civil Engineer) at Bandhoo Solutions and Services Pvt. Ltd. requires strong leadership, coordination with contractors, and effective management of workers, attendance, and site-related activities. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily worker deployment and maintain attendance records. - Coordinate and monitor site execution with labor contractors. - Maintain daily work logs, site execution photos, and reports. - Support billing team with attendance and work measurement records. - Handle on-site worker grievances and resolve site-level issues. - Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and workflow continuity. - Liaise with operations and project management teams. Qualifications: - Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred). - 12 years of experience supervising construction sites. - Strong coordination skills with labor vendors and contractors. - Fluent in Hindi (mandatory), knowledge of Konkani/Marathi will be an added advantage. - Good communication and organizational abilities. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
