Job Description

Experience: 12–15 Years (including 4–5 years with a reputed Builder/Developer firm handling High-Rise Residential Projects)
Location: Mohali / Chandigarh / Panchkula (Local candidates or those with 5+ years’ work experience in these areas preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily site execution activities for high-rise residential projects.
Oversee all finishing works including plastering, flooring, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, doors/windows, and external development.
Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely work progress.
Assist the Project Manager/Deputy Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and material management.
Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to drawings & specifications.
Monitor labour and subcontractor productivity, maintaining discipline and efficiency at site.
Prepare and submit daily progress and work status reports.
Support in resource planning, site inspections, and coordination with MEP & civil teams.
