Job Title: Site In-Charge - Civil and Interior

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervising and managing construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
• Seamless integration of composite works & direct procured items in the overall work sequence.
• Work mobilization, oversee fit-out construction & management of on-site activities, tracking of cost, quality, EHS time elements pertaining to fit-out construction.
• Project closure handover including snag identification/rectification and as-built / project closure documentation.
• Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials, ensuring their compliance with industry standards.
• Identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures to minimize project delays, cost overruns, and safety hazards.

Required candidate profile:

• Experience in commercial office fit-out management & construction for GC /
• Design + Build projects).
• BE / Diploma (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical)
• Experience with Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD.
• Ability to manage multiple construction projects at various stages of their lifecycle.

Qualification:  BE / Diploma (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical)

Experience:  3-5 years + Experience in commercial office Fit-out design Management for

Construction (For GC / Design+ Build Projects)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
