Role Overview:

We are looking to hire a Site Incharge for our operations in Chennai to oversee staffing, maintain attendance, coordinate daily site activities, and support our operations and billing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily attendance tracking of all on-site staff and labor
• Coordination with vendors for worker mobilization
• Maintain work records and share timely updates with the billing team
• Handle worker concerns and grievances efficiently
• Ensure site protocols and discipline are followed
• Provide regular updates to the project/operations manager

Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in site incharge or labor management role
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp reporting tools
