Site In charge - Project Execution

You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day project execution activities as a Site In charge - Project Execution at Kalpataru Projects International Limited (KPIL) in Mumbai. Your role will include ensuring timely completion of projects, managing resources efficiently, and coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver projects successfully. To excel in this role, you should possess strong Project Management and Communication skills, Research and Training abilities, and a Strong Customer Service orientation. Previous experience in managing construction projects and knowledge of relevant industry standards and practices are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required, with a mandatory requirement of High Rise Building Experience. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 20-22 years of experience in the high rise construction field and be open to working with a Contracting firm.,
