Our success is powered by a strong, skilled workforce deployed across multiple project locations. Role Summary We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end hiring for construction sites and infrastructure projects . This role is critical in building a capable workforceranging from engineers and supervisors to skilled/unskilled labourers—across project locations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in field hiring, vendor management, and high-volume recruitment under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and execute site-level and project-based hiring in coordination with project managers and execution heads. Drive bulk hiring for critical roles including Civil Engineers, Supervisors, Safety Officers, Storekeepers, and various categories of construction. Manage sourcing through multiple channels: Local labor vendors and sub-contractors Job consultants and walk-in drives ITI/Campus hiring WhatsApp groups, local networks, and job fairs Coordinate with internal project teams to forecast manpower requirements based on project schedules , phases, and ramp-up needs. Handle urgent hiring needs at live project sites due to absenteeism, scale-up, or new site mobilization. Conduct site visits to assess deployment, understand hiring gaps, and support onboarding logistics. Ensure compliance in all hiring and documentation. Maintain accurate records: manpower planning sheets, vendor trackers, hiring dashboards, and MIS reports. Build a talent pool in advance for future projects to reduce turnaround time. Skills Required Hands-on experience in project site recruitment (preferably in construction, EPC, or precast industry) Strong knowledge of sourcing, Site hiring, project hiring, field hiring, and workforce mobilization Familiarity with labor documentation, vendor control, and regional manpower markets Proficiency in Excel & recruitment MIS Strong field coordination, follow-up, and communication skills Qualifications Graduate (Any Stream) – Diploma in Civil or HR preferred MBA / PG in HR is an advantage
