Site Executive

As a Site Executive at Prominance Homworks, located in Guwahati, you will be responsible for managing on-site activities and ensuring smooth coordination between teams. The ideal candidate must have a two-wheeler for site travel, with petrol allowances provided by the company. Freshers are welcome to apply for this position, with a minimum of 3 years of experience preferred. Any relevant qualification is desirable for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and monitor site operations daily - Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients when necessary - Ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and safety standards - Report project updates and issues to the project manager - Maintain accurate daily site records and documentation Requirements: - Must own a two-wheeler (Petrol allowance will be provided) - Excellent communication and coordination skills - Willingness to travel within the city - Basic knowledge of construction/site operations is a plus Employee Benefits at Prominance Homworks include a leave policy with 12 Casual Leaves (CL), 15 Earned Leaves (EL), and 9 Public Holidays, free breakfast and lunch for all employees, Diwali bonus equivalent to one month's salary for those completing a full financial year, and medical insurance coverage.
