Commissioning activities
Handling customer queries & complaints effectively.
Handling of Contractors & allocate the work as per site requirement.
Responsible for Material tools & tackles arrangement for site work for smooth working at site.
Follow Up with Design, planning & Manufacturing team for site requirements.
Responsible for communication with Costumers, Contractors, Team members & Upper management to ensure everyone is Informed & engaged.
Responsible for project closure & support for handover on time
Responsible to reduce the wastage of material & manpower at sites with proper planning
