Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to assist in supervising and monitoring MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works on construction sites. This role is ideal for fresh B-Tech graduates eager to build their career in site engineering by gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior engineers in supervising MEP installations and ensure work matches design drawings and safety standards.
• Perform daily site inspections to check work quality, progress, and compliance with safety rules.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site staff to resolve issues and ensure smooth work flow.
• Support site documentation, including preparation of reports and as-built drawings.
• Participate in safety briefings and help enforce safety protocols on site.
• Learn to read technical drawings, schedules, and project plans accurately.
• Help identify and resolve minor technical or site challenges under guidance.

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Basic knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
