Supervise on-site construction and interior execution activities
Ensure work quality as per drawings, specifications, and standards
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and design team
Prepare daily site reports, measurements, and progress updates
Monitor materials, labour, and site resources
Ensure safety protocols and site discipline
Assist in resolving technical issues and design clarifications
Conduct site inspections and quality checks
Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
15 years of site execution experience (interiors/architecture projects preferred)
Strong understanding of drawings, detailing, and construction processes
Knowledge of materials, BOQ, and site documentation
Ability to coordinate teams and ensure timely completion
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Must be willing to travel to site locations
