Role Overview: As a skilled and experienced Site Engineer / Project Coordinator at Vasana-Bhayli Road, Vadodara, you will be responsible for managing residential construction projects, including duplexes, tenaments, and infrastructure works. Your role will involve hands-on site execution, coordination with contractors, and overseeing end-to-end project handling. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and interpret AutoCAD drawings such as layouts, structural plans, plumbing, and electrical designs - Supervise the entire site work of duplex and tenament projects from inception to completion - Manage and execute tasks related to Gutter lines, Water lines, and Electricity (GEB) installations - Oversee Civil Works encompassing club house, compound wall, internal roads, and infrastructure development - Execute R.C.C. and Asphalt Roads from start to finish - Handle Underground water tank (Sump) installations comprehensively - Create Project Costing Sheets and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) - Coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, vendors, and site teams - Ensure timely project completion and maintain quality control throughout the process Qualification Required: - Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent - Additional software skills in MS Excel, SketchUp, or costing software are preferred - Minimum 4 years of experience in residential construction with a strong understanding of civil engineering practices, materials, and safety standards - Excellent communication and reporting abilities Company Details: Spark Inframark Pvt.
