Job Description

As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction work to ensure proper execution as per project plans. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising and coordinating with laborers, contractors, and construction teams - Actively participating in construction activities and assisting in work execution - Ensuring quality control, material management, and adherence to safety protocols - Reading and interpreting structural drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications - Monitoring project progress, managing timelines, and reporting daily updates - Handling troubleshooting and resolving on-site challenges - Maintaining records of work, materials, and workforce utilization To qualify for this role, you should have: - Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering - 1-3 years of experience in site execution and management - Willingness to stay on-site and be hands-on in construction activities - Strong leadership and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety regulations - Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is an advantage This position offers a competitive salary based on experience, the opportunity to work on large-scale projects, and hands-on experience in real-time construction execution. The job type is full-time with a day shift schedule and performance bonus. The preferred shift availability includes both day and night shifts. The work location is in person.,
