SITE ENGINEER

In this role as a Project Control/Execution Engineer, your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing day to day site work, ensuring it aligns with design drawings and specifications - Following up with site engineers of Contractors and subcontractors to monitor progress - Communicating any changes in plans to relevant parties - Conducting regular job site inspections to ensure safety and quality - Assisting in quality and safety audits and identifying project risks - Maintaining accurate inventory of supplies on the jobsite - Supporting in finalization of billing breakups and certification - Coordinating verification of extra claims raised by contractors In terms of Health, Safety & Environment, you will be expected to: - Monitor and ensure all work is carried out safely - Implement technical and safety requirements for the project - Review project contractors" method statements and risk assessments - Report any non-conformance to the HSE manager Regarding Quality, your duties will involve: - Attending and reviewing benchmarking meetings - Ensuring construction QA/QC processes are implemented - Reporting any non-conforming work and technical queries to field engineering The expected educational background for this position is: - Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum aggregate of 60% from a recognized College/University - 4-6 years of experience in a reputed organization, preferably in Real Estate - First Division in SSC and HSC The expected salary/emoluments for the right candidate are not constrained.,
