Site Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site operations for villa construction, including civil, structural, and finishing works.
• Interpret and execute construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure quality control for materials and workmanship as per project standards.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and material usage logs.
• Ensure safety compliance on site.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 35 years of experience in residential/villa construction (freshers with strong technical skills may also apply).
• Strong knowledge of RCC works, masonry, plastering, flooring, plumbing, electrical coordination, and finishing.
• Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience with high-end villa projects.
• Knowledge of local building codes and approval processes.
