Role & responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site operations for villa construction, including civil, structural, and finishing works. Interpret and execute construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and suppliers. Ensure quality control for materials and workmanship as per project standards. Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved. Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and material usage logs. Ensure safety compliance on site. Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors or Diploma in Civil Engineering. 35 years of experience in residential/villa construction (freshers with strong technical skills may also apply). Strong knowledge of RCC works, masonry, plastering, flooring, plumbing, electrical coordination, and finishing. Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Preferred candidate profile Experience with high-end villa projects. Knowledge of local building codes and approval processes.
