Site Engineer/ Field Engineer

Job Description: You will be working as a Site Engineer/Field Engineer with iCAM Systems Ltd. in Noida, reporting to the Dy. Project Manager/ Project Manager in the Projects department on a full-time basis. Your primary role will involve commissioning & installation, designing, implementing, simulating & testing controls for various project requirements. You will be expected to work both independently and as part of a team, participating in customer meetings, site acceptance tests, site commissioning, and demonstrating PLC/DCS capabilities for EPC and end customers. Key Responsibilities: - Lead site activities independently when necessary. - Conduct system testing, field installations, wiring checks, and commissioning at customer sites. - Attend meetings with customers and front offices. - Ensure stakeholder alignment and transparent communication of site status. - Troubleshoot PLC logic, hardware issues, and provide on-site technical support as required. - Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure alignment with technical standards and project goals. - Maintain documentation of programming processes, testing results, and deliver basic training to end users. Qualifications/Skills and Proficiencies: - BE/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Automation. - Minimum total experience of 2 years with at least 1 year in on-site roles. - Preferably 1 year of experience with PLC. - Awareness/exposure to PLC/DCS, VFD & Electrical Control Systems. Industry Specific Experience: - Experience in automation, instrumentation, and control systems within industries such as water waste water, food & beverages (dairy), solar, cement, or any related industry segment.
