Site Engineer

Job Purpose:

To supervise and execute PEB erection and site-related activities as per drawings, safety, and quality standards, ensuring timely completion of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage erection and installation of PEB structures (columns, rafters, sheeting, etc.).
• Review erection drawings and ensure work execution as per approved drawings and project schedule.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Quality, and Safety teams for smooth site operations.
• Manage site labor, contractors, and equipment efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to safety norms and company policies at site.
• Maintain daily progress reports and update management on project status.
• Check alignment, levels, and dimensions during erection.
• Ensure quality control and inspection of materials and erection work.
• Handle site issues and coordinate with the design/engineering team for technical clarifications.
• Plan and monitor the material requirement at site to avoid delays.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical Engineering.
• 25 years of experience in PEB erection or structural steel projects.
• Knowledge of PEB components, drawings, and erection sequence.
• Good understanding of safety and quality standards in construction.
